Our story

A calmer kind of
pet shop

Cozy and Glow started with a simple frustration: pet products are usually loud. Bright plastic, cartoon prints, packaging that fights the room it lives in. We wanted the opposite — things that are genuinely good for the animal and quiet enough to leave out.

So we built a small store around two ideas. Essence of comfort is the pet's half: safe materials, washable fabrics, treats with ingredient lists you can read out loud. Glow of you is yours: a home that still feels like your home, and a shop that answers its emails.

Pet Link grew out of the same thinking. Our regulars were buying the same beds, food toppers and grooming refills every few weeks, so a membership that simply makes those cheaper — and removes the shipping maths — made more sense than another loyalty-points scheme nobody reads.

Questions we get

What exactly does Cozy and Glow sell?

Physical pet products: beds and blankets, collars, leads and engraved ID tags, grooming and coat care, treats and feeding equipment, enrichment toys, and gift sets. Everything ships from our own stock — we are the seller of record for every order.

Do I need a Pet Link membership to buy from the shop?

No. Anyone can order at the normal price with no account or membership. Pet Link simply lowers that price and removes shipping costs for people who order regularly.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days domestically and 7–21 business days internationally, depending on the destination and customs.

What if something isn't right?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as the common mobile wallets. Checkout runs over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your full card details.

Are the products safe for my pet?

We only stock items made from pet-safe materials and we list full ingredients for anything edible or applied to the coat. Nothing we sell is a medicine or a substitute for veterinary advice — if your animal is unwell, please speak to your vet.

How do I reach a human?
